UTP Merchant Services interview questions

I had a telephone interview which went really well. Great energy from the recruiter and proceeded to be offered an interview. For the in person meeting the interviewer didn't even introduce themselves by name or shake my hand. It all felt quite negative and it didn't feel like a nice environment to work in.
