UT Southwestern Medical Center interview questions

The interview process was fairly easy. It was a typical multi-round interview process. I brought my CV and spoke with several current staff members. We took a tour of the clinic and then sat down for a group interview with the clinic manager.

There is a two step interview process. A phone interview and an in person interview. The phone interview is with a genetic counselor. They ask standard interview questions, and using the SAR method was helpful for me. They like work or volunteer experience in crisis situations, for example a crisis text line, or a domestic violence shelter.
