Interview process was easy, the manager of the unit, plus 2 charge nurses conducted the interview. Questions were mostly about clinical experience, what to do about certain scenarios, then after that mostly friendly questions, what my expectations are of the unit, the work, and what kind of support I need to perform to the best of my capabilities.
After submitting online application it took about 2 months before being contacted for an in person interview. The interview was with a panel of staff from leadership. The interview process in general was very long waiting ti be contacted.

Interview
Straightforward Behavioral Questions with all assistant managers and educator. It took a long time to get an offer back due to high volume of interviews. However it was just like any other interview I had before.
Very professionally organized and showed up on time. However, did not get back to me within the 2 week window and rejected me in a generically written email with 350 other recipients. all the email addresses were visible.
