USO interview questions

I had an interview with an HR employee. It was to the point and informative. They asked relevant questions and provided information about the job. Ultimately, they were not the hiring manager and resulted in a second interview.

The interview process at USO appeared to be pre-arranged with no genuine intention of hiring the candidate. Considerable time was spent participating in an unnecessarily intimidating phone interview, followed by a virtual interview and a meeting with the hiring manager. Overall, the process felt inefficient and unproductive. Have lost my respect for USO.
