Recruiter will go in detail of the jobs you qualify and help you understand what it means. Other than that you pick the jobs according to your asvab scores. The higher your scores the more option you will have in determining what you really want to do for the army

Interview
ASVAB scores and this is about all they would require, other than a good record with no felonies. Physical fitness is an important part about Military life. The recruiter should be able to guide the individual in whatever direction the individual needs to go and areas the he or she needs to work on.
