      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at US Army (Fort Meade, MD) in Nov 2012

      Interview

      First you talk to a Recruiter. Then he guides you to practice and study for ASVAB test. After that you come back to take Practice Asvab Test to determine the Job you want. You then proceed to take ASVAB test with M.E.P.S. Your score come back then you select a job. After you select a job the paper work side comes in ...Background check... Medical... Tattoos and other misc items. After all information is gather another trip to M.E.P.S to get pre processed ...for example hearing and health physicals are conducted. After everything is a go signing your contract is the next step. In between this whole process you will be enrolled in a program called Future Soldier which consist of P.T "Working out" and drill.
