I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Army (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Be prepared to describe yourself, leadership style, experiences, and come prepared with a five year plan. I recommended bringing a list of what you view as personal priorities within your organization. Do some research on your brigade commander. You should know something about him/her and be prepared to ask him/her a few questions.
