Interview
The Board process is the military version of a promotion interview whereby your leadership bombards you with questions and tests your military baring and confidence. Quite frankly, it is archaic and useless as the decision to promote is often made before the board is convened. On the bright side, any future interviews will seem like a walk in the park.

Interviews are easy as long as your OERs are good. The AIM marketplace is a sham though. Total facade. You need to have a personal connection and voco before you try to match on AIM.
