      Cadet Interview

      Mar 16, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Army in Apr 2014

      Interview

Relatively quick, semi formal in person interview at the university. Answered some probing questions intended to gauge legitimate interest and leadership ability. Scholarships vary by year, so a 4 year scholarship may or may not be very competitive. If so, they'll ask more about what you plan to do at the university. More prone to give scholarships to people that can reflect positively on the ROTC organization.
