Hr sets you up with team’s interview. They ask all the “value” based question that are hard to answer. They usually have you come into shadow (if you say no that looks bad on you). Then HR calls you and offers the position.

Interview
easy, behavioral questions that is related to being a nurse or a care taker. "Tell me about.." for the most part. Fairly easy and the interviewers are usually the unit directors, no peer interview was needed.

Tell me about a time you had a difficult encounter with a coworker?
Friendly! The interviewers strive to make the experience comfortable while obtaining relevant information and explaining the job requirements. They want to make sure the company is a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for the area you will work in.
It was a standard interview with all the expected questions as well as a few fun curveballs that were not taken too seriously. I was given the option to shadow and tour the unit afterward.
