They claim that this doesn't automatically disqualify you from future consideration. When in truth it exactly does. Each and every other job I applied for was declined. 10 or more. I am more than qualified. Now I feel fortunate for being turned down by UPMC. I have read many employee reviews of UPMC. NOT FAVORABLE.
