Interview
There were two rounds of interviews, one phone screen and one in-person interview. It was a fairly straightforward recruitment process, and they definitely appreciated seeing you at their many recruiting events. I was recruited on campus and had attended many of their previous events and gotten to know their recruiting team. There seemed to be a large gap in the time between the phone screens and the time of the actual in-person interviews. The process was fairly simple and was well communicated.

Interview
first round was HireVue and asked basic behavioral questions like why UPMC etc. second round was zoom but also behavioral. a group of 3 of current hiring/recruiting committee was on the call, but started with an info session of a current employee

Interview
I applied through a friend who worked there. I received a phone call a few days later with a recruiter; this covered the basic "who are you" background overview. I then received an invitation to interview downtown a few days later with the program coordinators. It was overall a pleasant experience; the interviewers at each step of the process were very nice. I had to bring a writing sample to the in person interview.
