The interview process was done by phone. It was simple and straightforward. The interviewer asked me questions that allowed me to demonstrate my abilities and knowledge related to interacting with others in a hospital setting.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work in this hospital?
Quality questions and leadership placement. I was asked to describe situations where I found myself in difficult situations and how I best handled them or how I overcame working as a group.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPMC (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was walked up to the unit and met with the unit director on the floor. She asked me basic questions for about one hour and 15 minutes then I changed into scrubs. I was able to shadow on the floor with a nursing working that day. I was able to go into patient rooms with her and see what a day on the floor looks like.
