They called and did a phone interview first and then I went in person to another interview in which I was hired on the spot. The interview process is pretty long but I understand they have to find the right person for the job.

got a call from a recruiter. did my interview & was asked to job shadow after (3days later) after shadowing she asked how i liked it & then said she’d send my paperwork through, it’s been a week now.

Interview
Hiring process took a very long time, but interviews were casual and easy. I enjoyed them. I applied for the job March or April, wasn't contacted for a few months. Got a call, had a phone interview weeks later. Then had an in-person interview. Then more phone stuff and was then offered a job around end of May/Beginning of June. I started in mid-late august.
