They just basically got to know me and told me the work schedule but over all the ppl was laid back which made me feel comfortable. Also they told me what I would be doing on the daily basis. From that point they told me that I will train in various areas in the warehouse to see where I best fit within the company.

Just asked basic questions, wasn’t a hard interview at all. Only one round, pretty sure they’re just desperate to hire. Would compare it to a basic customer service type interview

Interview
This was a single interview on-site. Met with manager and district manager. Very easy questions such as any issues with lifting and moving all day. Are you able to forecast orders that you would place with a lead time.
