Interview
first there was a phone interview with human resources and then upmc set up a onsite interview with the manager and lead technician. upon arrival i interview with the manager, lead technician, lead pharmacist and another pharmacist. the interview process lasted around 6 to 8 hours and some asked normal interview questions from a list and others told me what the job consisted of.
It was not avoid, I think I was expecting better from such a good healthcare company. I think it's all about favoritism and hiring people who are not qualified and show discrimination is common

There is an over the phone interview, followed up by an in peson. You are only interviewed once for this position and then you will hear from their recruiter if you are offered a position. It may take up to several weeks.
