Interview
They will do Interview and selection will be on same day if got selected. There was no hr round. Interview was very easy. They will ask you about your previous experience. Experience in oil and gas will give advantage.

Interview
I was called for a F2F interview at their office. It was not an interview, they did not ask any technical questions or tried to check my technical competency. It was like I'm getting interviewed by training institute not a professional organisation. They were looking for someone desperate for a job and can go down to any extent for it.

1. Will you be willing to join our 3-months Industrial training (Chargeable)?
2. Will you be willing to work for very low pay-scale?
3. Are you ready for frequent site visits?
Then they started telling about their organization and projects and also asked me few personal questions as well. Then it was up-to me, if I'm willing to pay for their 3 month training program they will hire me.
