UNLEASH Sales Executive - Delegates interview questions

I had to complete a video interview first which was surprisingly all about me and my personal preferences. It was easy to complete. I had the impression that they wanted to know if you really fit into their team. I think they wanted to know if you are extroverted enough. After completing successfully this interview, I was asked for a phone call role play where I had to invite a delegate to one of the upcoming Unleash events. I think this call went quite well. A couple of days later the CEO wrote to me on LinkedIn and asked me when can we have a longer phone call. I replied and he never answered. I wrote to him again asking whether the appointment fits him but he never replied. At this point, I started to ask if I really want to work for a company who puts you through all these circles and then never comes back to you. They can just yes or no but making me wait for their call and feedback is the worst, they are wasting my time. I had the feeling that the whole hiring process was kind of disorganized, I communicated with 3 different people who seemed not to be in touch with each other. Unleash seems to be a disorganized, flippant company. I don't want to work there anymore and the reviews here fit my impressions as well.
