I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UNICEF (Buenos Aires) in May 2022
Interview
Fue una entrevista amena, lástima la demora para el resultado.Así y todo fue una experiencia enriquecedora. Una gran institución internacional, con mucha proyección en él área para desarrollar. Parecía un buen ambiente de trabajo.

I applied online. I interviewed at UNICEF (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2024
Interview
First interview Recruiter Screen, Second Interview Case Study Presentation, Third Interview Case Study Presentation
2 presentations seemed like overkill to me given how much time is required on behalf of the candidate. Felt like I was taken advantage of for "free consulting" by the second presentation. After all of this time and work required I was then sent a generic email rejection. This is a very poor candidate expereince and at the minimum I would expect a phone call or at least a personalized email with specific feedback after all the time I spent. My opinion of this organization has now changed given how I was treated. Ironically recruitment and selection was an area identified as needing improvement. Simply treating candidates with respect would go a long way to improve the candidate experience and there is no need for 2 case studies.
