      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UNICEF in May 2025

      Interview

      A phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and HR, and then a final interview with key colleagues and senior leadership. First two interviews were straight forward question and answer format. The final interview involved a presentation on a problem/challenge currently facing the organization. The whole process took about a month. Disappointed that they never provided any feedback at the end of it even though I made it to final round and specifically requested it.
