Interview
The hiring process moved quickly. I submitted my application and heard back within 4 days. I was scheduled for a morning in-person interview on campus. Upon arrival, I checked in at the parking front desk, and shortly after, the interviewer came out, shook my hand, and walked me to his office. A female co-worker joined us shortly after. They asked me a series of questions for about 40 minutes, and I wrapped up by asking them a few of my own. 2 days later, I received a phone call with a job offer. I asked for 24 hours to think about it, and they followed up with an email confirming the salary and offer details. I ultimately decided to decline the offer in favor of other opportunities.
