First, there is the initial interview with HR, where they vet your skills and experience. The second interview was with a team member, where you detail the same things, but talk more specifically about the position. If you are chosen to continue moving forward, they send you materials for a case study where you showcase your skill set. You submit your case study blindly, and the team picks from the anonymous submissions. If your case study is chosen to move forward, you interview with the entire team and present your case study.
