Interview
Initial step is with an HR Rep which was the best part of the interview process and then it goes all down hill from there. Especially when you interview with one of the presidents.
I currently work for a large reputable consulting firm with a global footprint and wanted to see what opportunities UMT had. Asked what they had to offer. Their answer? More hours, more travel, marginal pay bump for a company nobody has heard of and focusing on project server only. Unless you have NOTHING else going for you and UMT is your ONLY option, I suggest avoiding this company. Just look at their website and you should know.
Company only has 150 employees and hiring for staff aug roles in project server.

Interview
First round was a phone interview with the HR. Second round was with the President. Third round was with the CEO. All interviews seemed to be more behavioral assessment rather than case based. Overall complexity of interviews was low to medium.
