UMOS interview questions

There was an initial discussion with a recruiter, then a full interview with the recruiter and future supervisor. The questions were fair, geared around customer service experience and making sure that I was fluent in Spanish.

Email contact was made to schedule in person interview that was conducted within an 1 hour. Oral interview and questionnaire given and offer was made after 1 round of interview.
