I am getting interview calls from UKG almost every other day but after response recruiter ghosted every time. Once a UKG recruiter scheduled interview when I followed him for 1 week continuously but interviewer didn't join call without any info I waited there for 25 mins. Again ghosting continued by recruiter without remorse. Such an unprofessional act overall as recruitment process. I was keen to join this org but now I have lost my interest.

One of my friend recommended me in kronos and i received the call from HR. Interview process is pathetic . My interview is scheduled at 1.30 PM and HR provided me Question paper where i have to write few java programs and selenium code. After that they took 1 hours for 1 round and after first round they said that you are not suitable for this team so we recommend you another team , i cleared two more technical rounds there and where interviewer asked me that are you comfortable with 100% manual testing work. I was shocked at that time because HR knows that my specialization is in Automation which is clearly mentioned in my resume. I cleared all 3-4 rounds and after that HR asked me to wait few more minutes then she told me that she will arrange telephonic interview with manager because i spent my whole day there by waiting those interviewers . Next Day manager called me and asked me about my notice periods etc . And after follow up. HR called me and said you are not selected. Guys stop wasting our time if you dont have quality work and you are not able to provide people their expected package and all. HR atleast go through the profile and then only call people for interview
