Phone interview with an in house recruiter. Recruiter wanted to get me into an interview as soon as possible. 2 hour in person interview with four different managers. The interview process was fine, my issue arises with the expectation set by the recruiter. I was told on day of the interview that my recruiter would know If I would be offered a position by the end of that day and would follow up with me next day. Two days later I followed up after not hearing anything and I was told I would know by next day. It was almost a week before I heard anything. In my current role I assist with hiring so I understand that delays do happen during the process but that should be communicated during the interview process. Having spoken to multiple friends who have also applied for roles at Kronos I know that this is not an isolated incident. Kronos expects its employees to interview multiple times for the same role before being hired, due to the unprofessional nature of the recruiter I will not re-apply and I would advise those seeking employment with Kronos be prepared to wait to hear back.
