Usually requires 2 interviews plus computer survey on skills. Each interview was 1 week apart. Initial interview was with 2 people, final interview was with 4. Very formal. Overall experience was good

Have you ever disagreed with a supervisor on a policy or procedure?
It was good and smooth; I just had to be patient and hope for the best, and eventually, it paid off even though not in the way I expected, but I learned a few things from it, as it's always good to take things positively even though some never go as we plan or wish.
