Easy online system, notifies you when moved on to next portion of hiring. First step is "Application Recevied" then it may go to "Referred to Hiring Department" if your cover letter and resume pass the basic screening check. Once it is referred to hiring, the program will contact you directly if interested or want an interview. Once notified of the interview process your status will switch. If there is no interview, the status may say "others more competitive" or "position filled" or "position cancelled"
