Interview
A brief interview was conducted by a group of workers/supervisors/managers under the computer science and engineering department (fiscal branch). The process include a series of basic interview questions and a short quiz. The first part of the quiz was on calculating tax percentages (calculator provided.) Then, the applicant is given a list of names (some of which had typos), and the misspelled names had to be circled out. This part tested the applicant's attention to details and whether or not they were able to catch the mistakes.
