Phone interview with a panel of 3 people alternatively asking questions. Fairly informal. Nice people, repoire, and atmosphere. Some hard but straightforward questions designed to test your knowledge. My read was they were all reading from scripts that they had prepared as they tried to winnow the pool of candidates down.
