      Scrum Master Interview

      Dec 10, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at UBS (London, England)

      Interview

Very good interview. Very informative but can be difficult at times. The interviewer knew what they was doing and a very good interview. Easy to get the interview. Hard to do the interview

      Scrum Master Interview

      May 29, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Zürich
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UBS (Zürich) in Mar 2024

      Interview

No HR interview. Direct interview with a line manager and a PO. Interview started with the line manager asking about one or two qualifications irrelevant to the job opening and job description, which was a bit unsettling. During a discussion about product ownership, it became apparent that the product owner and the line manager were surprised to learn that the PO needs to have a strong grasp and understanding of the backlog and the product itself. It didn't seem to be the case, and this lack of understanding raised some concerns for me about their implementation of product management within their department.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UBS (Zürich) in Jan 2020

      Interview

I applied for the role online at UBS about 2 months ago. After about a month of waiting, the status of the application changed to ‘in review’. Another month passed and they reposted the role online. The status remains ‘in review’ Nobody from UBS has bothered to contact me simply to say you’re out of the process or you’re in the process. There is no mechanism or email address to contact their recruitment team. This has left me with a very poor option of the organisation. It’s so important to treat people as people, not numbers.
