Video interview. Totally 8 questions. Almost all behavior questions, with two market questions. And questions are varied from different departments. Each question has 60 seconds to prepare and 120 seconds to answer.

Interview
Standard online application, with standard online tests following. I heard back from UBS 2 days later asking for me to complete a telephone interview. Interview was competency based and focused on normal questions such as why UBS, when have you show leadership, when have you missed a deadline etc. etc. They said they would reply in 2-3 weeks but never got back to me and just emailed to say position was full.
