Phone interview and 3 rounds of interviews with other analysts and directors. It was quite the experience. Extremely rigorous format with what seemed like consecutive interviews for an entire work day. The final interviews were more about personality and ability to converse and interact with others in the work place.

The most difficult questions were involving the analysis of the financial statements. They expected you to be able to come up with a detailed analysis within minutes of seeing the data.
The interview process was smooth and efficient. It included an initial HR screening to review my qualifications, a technical assessment to test my skills, and a final interview with the hiring manager to discuss.
After submitting my online application, I waited approximately two weeks before being invited to the first-stage task assignment (R1). This was followed by a video interview (R2), an in-person office interview (R3), and finally an HR interview (R4). The entire recruitment process took around five weeks to complete from application to final stage.

I applied through university. I interviewed at UBS (Houston, TX) in Feb 2026

Very laid back interview. Just walked through my resume, why asset management, and overall just behaviorals. There were zero technical questions, and the interviewer was more curious about my leadership, experiences specifically from my previous internship.
