Interview
First there was a case study - to be done in detail on paper. Then a personal interview for an hour or so. Then HR discussion relating to your expectationslfollowed by another techinal round with managers. Then final offer with negotiations on pay structure.

Case study, brainstorming around current work experience. Willingness to work in shift timings. How would your team describe you? What according to your manager will be your development areas? What do you want to switch? What is it that you would want to take from UBS after 5 years?
