Ambiguo, mucho case previo a entrevistas personales. Los casos no son complicados, son tediosos y el proceso es de BB, largo y lento. Aun así no estuvo mal, gente seria que siempre contestan a lo que necesites. Prepara parte técnica, con las 400 questions haces.

Last stage Assessment Centre for (Global Banking) includes a case study (40 mins prep, 10 mins presentation + QA. Case was about a potential acquisition), a behavioural interview and a technical interview (incl. brain teasers).

There was no online assessment. I got an video interview invitation about 1 week after application on their official website. The video interview was 8 questions and are not very difficult.

There was no specific interview. There was the online assessments that were very complex and not even clear. I believe that the aptitudes are very unclear and too fast. The time restraint and the number of questions puts the candidates in very difficult situations. The results are given directly after the assessment and there is a comparison with other candidates.
