I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UAIC (Miami, FL) in Mar 2013
Interview
Phone call to schedule an in person interview. In person interview was same week. The in person interview was with two managers from the same department. Received offer a few days later.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UAIC (Miami Springs, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very nice, security was tight getting in but that made it feel safer. UAIG was a great company to work for. The pay was decent for the area. The interview process was easy, they call you in for an interview with the VP of whatever department that you are applying for. Wow, it's really hard to actually write 50 words, I don't really have anything else to say but I keep getting an error message telling me it's too short so I'm sorry for rambling on but this should be good.
