Interview
When applying as an apprentice you sit in front a board of individuals. They ask you common sense questions. Then they ask you to go into this room where you take an iq and coordination test. If you pass they will contact you shortly before apprentice class starts for a drug test. It's spontaneous so they can be sure you are not a drug user. After you pass they let you know when you start class.
