Interview
A few days after I sent in my resume, their HR rep reached out to schedule an interview. She was super flexible and efficient. When I walked in for the interview, they sat me down with my potential boss (a research engineer), her boss (a senior engineer), and another junior engineer who was an intern. They first asked me to walk them through my resume, then they asked questions like: How did I hear about the company? What did I do to prepare for the interview? What are my greatest strengths, weaknesses/ areas of improvement? When have I solved a problem or been stopped on a project etc
