The more that you move up the more people you will interview with. Typically you'll interview with about 3-5 people. Then you will interview a second round maybe even a third.

There is lots of questions they will/can ask. What kaizens have you done. What is the improvement that you implemented. Was it to eliminate waste? etc.
Sat down with two Supervisors. They had a sheet of paper with like 30 questions on it. They would write things down while I answered their questions. The interview lasted 30 minutes.
