First round call with recruiter going over basic screening questions. Second round with hiring manager and analyst with standard questions trying to get to know me and basic accounting questions.

Interview
Lots of behavioral and some technical questions. The technical questions were all credit-related questions. Such as, "whats a revolver" or do you know what the interest coverage ratio shows? The behaviors were very typical of a any other interview.
Easy behavioral interview, overall very smooth experience. The interview was with the Managing director, they seemed to care a lot about whether if you have accounting experience/have taken accounting classes.
