Interview
I sat down with the manager and was asked different questions about previous work history. Typical questions. The room was secluded from the rest of the branch which was nice. I then took the opportunity to ask all the questions that I could to understand what would be expected of me and how much flexibility there would be in my position.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Appleton, WI)

I was really great. I hope to be apart of the culture. Very good people to talk about growth. Looking forward to working customers & connecting very well. Management team seems very connecting

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
