Long, drawn out, no communication from HR or the hiring manager on status or feedback following panel interview. It ended up being awkward with people I deal with on a daily basis.

I applied through LinkedIn, had a brief phone screen with the recruiter and then a Zoom call with the SVP of Product. The recruiter called me to personally let me know that I didn't get the job.

I say that it was difficult because the SVP posed an interesting behavioral question. He said that I gave one of the best answers he's ever gotten.

Formalized process, not too many rounds, recruiter was prompt in responding to me. Pretty standard, recruiter call, HM call, team interviews, and then possible offer. No crazy take home assignments or excessive interview rounds.

They asked about my experience and relevant hypothetical questions.
I interviewed with them 8 years ago. I recommend them as an employer, however they are going through a lot of changes right now and I am not sure how it will impact their future.
