Total of 5 rounds. 1) Hiring manager tech discussion. ( Went very well nice guy to talk and friendly discussion) 2) Technical Round.(3 round) ( Architect and 2 coding rounds. No one shows up in video but asks us to share our video). Overall nice discussion 3) 2 Leadership rounds. First one with VP, really a fantastic guy wonderful discussion and answered questions in a proper leader like approach. 2nd Leadership round was with another supposed BS leader .Turned up late for interview, didn't have common sense to apologize. Asked fav programming language when I answered mine he said he is not aware of it ( c#) unfortunately he doesnt know this. Told javascript is next favorite didn't had patience to listen as well (kids crying in background). Checked how many rounds were done till now and said bye without even acknowledging back. Interview duration supposed to be 30 mins ended up in 11 minutes. No respect to others time an no manners whatsoever.
