I got a call from a customer service manager to come in for an interview. came in and was interviewed by two women. it was semi-formal, and i felt very sure of myself. they asked straight forward questions, tell me about a time you had a mad employee, tell me about a time you had to deal with a stressful environment, tell me about a time when you showed exemplary customer service, tell me about a time you had to show team work, etc...then got a call for 2nd interview. went in and had another interview with two different women. a little more indepth questions, but mostly the same, customer service questions and see if you fit in their culture. got a call back about a week later and was offered a full time position.
