First, there was a video call interview with HR and the Lead of the area. Then, a second video interview with the Head of Marketing. The third step was a task to be delivered in one week, then I was called for a third interview with the Creative Director. I was chosen on the shortlist and I had a personal interview with one of the co-founders. Then HR asked for at least three people who can provide referrals or recommendations about your professional background.
The whole process took three months.
After beign told that I was the right candidate, the communicated to me that the board decided to postpone the role for next year, since they wanted to be more focused on the product and not Brand Awareness. It was a sour news to know that the position wasn't clearly needed, but that is how the startup world works. Everything changes in fast pace.
At Typeform you'll find great professionals who love their job, I get this from the people I met. The offices are an amazing place to work. The Co-Founder that I met was really easy going and made you feel like an equal, even to the point that you're job was starting at that moment of the interview, by going around an excellent brainstorming.
