Tyler New Media interview questions

4 total interviews 3 on the phone and last interview on teams call. On all calls I was told they would love to have me for the position, my skills and experience are exactly what they are looking for and the job is pretty much mine. Now comes the final interview which is on video. Here is the kicker I am a well-dressed Caucasian guy, which during the video call you can see that was an issue. The interviewer was professional, but this call lacked the warmth that the previous interviews had. I was left with a " we will be in touch" and then I was ghosted. that was almost a month ago. What happened to "we want you to work here you would be perfect for the job"? I left many voicemails messages and emails, zero response. All in all very unprofessional.
