Contacted by a recruiter who immediately asked me to do a multi-hour take home assignment. Once completed, had to email the recruiter over and over for an interview. Interview went well, however, was completely ghosted after. I believe this company is purposely using applicants for unpaid work - proceed at your own risk!

Interview
The recruiter reached out to me, saying that she thought I'd be an excellent fit for the position. She was right - i fit every criteria on the qualifications page for the job and i was quite interested. I proceeded to do a multi-hour take home assessment, wait 2 weeks for an interview that could only be scheduled for 7am, and, in my opinion, did well in the interview answering each question properly. They did point out something i did wrong in my take home assessment, but i explained the issue and how to fix it in future and i figured they already knew about that so it couldn't have LOWERED my standing.
They proceeded to ghost me, then eventually after i emailed 3 times, told me they "wouldn't be moving forward". No details. I found this very rude and unprofessional
