Store manager had me pick out an outfit for a specific age girl with specific interest. Had about 5 min to put the outfit together. Then Had to describe why I chose what I did.

It was short and brief. 5 min convo. Got the position. 3 months in was bumped to keyholder and literally a month after was bumped to assistant manager and was not interviewed for that

Watched 2 videos about the environment within the company, and how to greet customers and then was asked a few questions about the videos. I waited a week until I got a call from them telling me i was hired.
