      Corporate Counsel Interview

      Jul 11, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Colorado Springs, CO
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TweedLeaf (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2021

      Interview

The interview process was pretty abbreviated, I spoke with the COO over the phone for a total of 30 minutes and then I spoke with the CEO over the phone for another 30 minutes. There was no in-person meeting and they didn't call my references. I was offered the job and I accepted, some more questions came up during onboarding and the COO withdrew the job offer via text message. I thought the entire process was incredibly unprofessional.
