Group interview with 2-3 other applicants. The first section talked about Tutor Bright and the history behind the company. In the next part, it was basically a training session with the interviewer as the tutee and you have to tutor them.

Very relaxed phone interview. More heavy on the mentoring aspect than tutoring. For in home tutoring they ask about which areas in the city you are able to travel to and which subjects you can tutor. After phone interview I got invited to a group interview/orientation.

A group interview conducted over Skype, included orientation and lasted about an hour. Was left with the impression that it’s purpose was to familiarize the applicants with the company, rather for the company to find out more about applicants
